Today,Apple also to the United States International Trade Commission and the Delaware District Court filed a lawsuit against HTC (HTC) with 20 violations of its iPhone user interface, the underlying architecture and hardware-related patents.
Apple CEO SteveJobs (Steve Jobs) at a press conference today, said: "We can steal our intellectual property to competitors sit idly by, we can also make some response. We have decided to take the latter. We believe that competition is healthy, but the competitor should develop their own original technology, rather than stealing ours."
This is not the first time Apple's competitors in the field of prosecution of mobile phones, after Apple because of similar patent dispute with Nokia for prosecution.
In 2007,Apple launched its revolutionary mobile phone iPhone, launched in 2008 to lead the trend of the App Store (App Store), in more than 90 countries over 15 million mobile phone applications. iPhone has sold over 40 million worldwide units.
